To manage our clients and teams health, safety and wellbeing,  ​we ask that you 

• Maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING
• Follow the latest regulations from the Department of Health Victoria regarding FACE MASKS and SHOP ENTRY

 Depending on the Governmental regulations and restrictions in operation at the time, the following may apply:

Covid Management Plan

Winter times 
 
Monday to Friday -  9am to 5pm

Saturday  9am to 1pm 

Onsite pool servicing and maintenance 

​'Click and Collect’ style business

• Phone or email your chemical and pool equipment order
• Collect at the shop front door
• Pay by credit card

  
Free water testing
Drop off your pool water sample bottle (labelled with your name and address) in the allocated box at the front of the shop. ​

 

Shop entry

• ​Masks as per regulations
• Restricted  for social distancing

​All staff and service technicians onsite will follow strict social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing practices.

Kew Swimming Pools in accordance to other global classifications of essential and non-essential services, is at the moment, considered an essential service.

We would also like to use this opportunity to inform you that there is no evidence to date to suggest that swimming pools act as a contagium for Covid - 19.

This does however highlight that the need to manage your pool and spa water quality  now in order to prevent more chronic water quality issues.
